Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:

  • We will review the claim promptly.
  • If we find it valid, the allegedly infringing content may be temporarily removed or access to it disabled.
  • We will notify the user who posted the content so they can respond with a counter-notice, if applicable.

We may also terminate repeat infringers’ accounts or access to our services as required by law.

Counter Notification

If you believe that your removed or disabled content is not infringing, or you have authorization from the copyright owner to use the material, you may send us a counter-notice that includes:

  1. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of relevant courts to resolve the dispute.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Repeat Infringement Policy

Uptofield reserves the right to:

  • Remove or disable access to infringing content without prior notice, and
  • Terminate access for users who repeatedly violate this DMCA Policy.
